Warranty, replacement, return and maintenance

- Blackview dash cam products are warranted for one year against any manufacturing defects.
- Thinkware dash cam products are warranted for one year against any manufacturing defects.
- ** Thinkware dash cam products are updated with a 2-year warranty for orders placed after 11/01/2023.
- The warranty for the connector, memory and accessories is 6 months unless otherwise stated on the product page.
The defect or manufacturing defect, if any, will be determined by the technical team at Dash Cam Saudi Arabia, noting that the warranty does not include anything that violates or deviates from the warranty terms such as (misuse, including, for example, hanging the umbrella directly behind the device on the front or rear glass - cutting - breaking - not following the operating instructions - exposing the product to water if it is not waterproof - performing any external maintenance - the device malfunctioning completely or partially in the event of using accessories that are not compatible with the device's features.
Retrieval:
- Get your money back within 7 days of executing the order and without explaining the reasons, provided that the product remains in the same original condition when received.

Maintenance:

The customer does not bear any costs if the product is within the warranty period, and the device will be replaced with another with the same specifications or equivalent as soon as the manufacturing defect or malfunction is proven, noting that misuse and installation errors by other parties are not covered by the warranty. If the product is out of warranty, the cost will be calculated and the customer will be informed of it after receiving the product, examining it, and determining the total repair cost, such as spare parts, shipping, labor, etc.
